Excellent service when extractor tool was returned. Got the Speed Out Kit. Idea is great,performance lacking. Returned to City Mill and suggested they stop selling it as it is an embarrassment and more TV marketing than an effective tool, and the package called it a pro tool.

A little bit busier than Lowe's, but not as crazy as Home Depot. Had to come here to buy a bulb but got the wrong color. Returning was easy. Cashier was friendly, and helpful.

Staff is consistently helpful, taking the time out to accommodate your needs and budget. I never feel rushed-associate Michael in particular went out of his way to find a solution to my household problems, it turned out to be a positive experience-I am very grateful!

The staff were very good and I’d especially like to thank Julie R. for waiting in the parking lot for a Lyft driver after the store was already closed. * Being in a wheelchair makes one feel especially vulnerable at night.

Craig K. I like going to City Mill it's like a Ma and Pa Store. The staff is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. There is always someone around if you have questions or need help finding something. They will explain and answer your questions patiently. They will show you where you are looking for is. City Mill is where I always go because I know it's always service with a smile.

Debbie K. City Mill employees have excellent customer service. Very friendly, knowledgeable explains well. Patiently listens then helps you find exactly what your looking for. They have everything you need at reasonable prices. City Mill is my go to place I know I will leave with what I needed. Happy customer.

Just want to express my gratitude to Ryan @ Nimitz City Mill. I didn’t realize it was so close to closing time but he took the time to find the right bolt and fixed the wheel on my walker that was loose. Thank you Ryan for being so patient with me. I appreciated it even tho I interrupted you while you were trying to finish your job. Thank you also to the cashier who had to wait to close her register and told me not to worry when she rang my small items up. City Mill Nimitz is lucky to have both of you as their employees……..Anita Pangan

Thank you Steven and Curtis . Normally I always go in with my husband. This day while he was out of town I went in to pick up a lockbox for a key. Steven was very kind and efficient. The next day I returned as I didn't understand the box . The 2 men made me feel so comfortable and helped with out hesitation. Thank you great customer service and this is now going to be our local hardware store. Now I understand why they have been in business for all these years. Thank you again. City mill you have a lifetime customer with this gal. Great job guys!
